If you send in a mysupport, they'll tell you what days you get your consumables and when you should order.

If you get your order on Tuesday. You need to send it in by Monday 11am for the next week(8 days in advance). That's how it was for me at least. The pastry order should be 2 days before you receive it. It probably varies. My support would be your bestfriend

Log into workbench>food>food inventory management>store order detail report then go to hq delivery report.
You should be able to find delivery dates there
