I've read various threads on this but most refer to SUBT999 which is no longer an option at our store. How do I reset the accumulator when I know the floor is full of the product? I'm tired of pulling the same product repeatedly when the floor is full.
 
Use the SUBT app (under All Applications)

Same idea, different screens. Still scan the item and pull 999 from said location. When it asks if you've pulled all, say no, and indicate the quantity in the backroom location
 
Are there other ways to reset the accumulator besides SUBT9999? My store doesn't allow it anymore.
 
Your store is being dumb. Subt9999 is best practice for resetting the accumulator. That is from the target gods at HQ.

You'd just have to keep pulling the items until the residual need is satisfied.
