Anyone work 8am flow? Im going 2 be starting soon as a new hire anyone work that shift, they say during holiday's it will switch to 6am any advice or feedback is much appreciated!

We used to have an STL on here from a store with 8AM flow. Sounds like you're at one of the lowest volume stores in the company.
 
Thanks guys and I wouldn't doubt it, its kind of newer and in a country type of area I honestly didnt know it existed until I seen adds on indeed.com lol hopefully I do well and have a decent training experience.
 
8am? Wow, that is truly sad. Flow at my store is 4am for GM and 6am for FDC.
 
Yeah 8am during normal months then 6am closer to the holidays I have orientation this week, hopefully everything goes smoothly! Why is it sad that its at 6 or 8?
 
Flow team should be working the truck onto the floor when the store is closed. If you start at around 4am, you can push the team to get most of it done by 8am. Honestly, flow team should start at 10pm but Target is run by dumbasses that have probably never worked in fast food, restaurants, or retail so they're obviously going to do what's best for their own personal interests.

There is a thing. I don't know if it exists in any Target store or any Target building in general but it's called "logic". No one has ever seen it at a Target store that I know of.
