I'm an ETL in training and I'm always on the floor with the team. I can't say the same for my ETL and some Sr. TL peers besides Logistics and the STL. They wonder how I can get the team to perform better than they can.

If you don't drink the koolade and fit in, they make your life hell. I feel like I'm not wanted and I'm left out of loop of things. I'm not on CA yet.

My trainers use me as labor all of the time. They use the excuse as it's my training.

I have since requested to change trainers and my experience has been 100% positive since then. I now have total control of my training and I spend one on one time with the training ETL daily. My new trainer and STL are way more approachable than the last two were. I ask many questions without...

Don't worry about the outgoing part, because the ETL-HRs I have met have been either cold or fake as hell. Since I've requested a new trainer, it's been smooth sailing for me so far.

Training varies store to store. It's mostly based on the trainer, not the company program itself. The person training can be lazy.
