They used to come with big knives as well, going through all the hot wheels casepacks.
We stopped taking Hot Wheels out of the back room until store was closed. Problem solved for closing anyway.
They used to have foot races on opening until they were told they'd be trespassed if it kept up...
I hope she wasn't relying on the Target app to tell her those items were in stock, pretty much everyone here knows it's not accurate for in-store counts. Sad part of social media, being able to spew something as fact without knowing the actual facts.

Our TL's always have a convo with TM's when they come back from a missed day, even if they used Sick Pay, mainly just to check in and see how they're doing. If SP is used, it's not a documented absence.
Yes, we are a full overnight process so we have roughly 11 hours from the time we start throwing trucks (store is still open when we start unload for a few hours) til the store opens. We don't do the wave push thing as of yet, with no inclination that we will go that route for the foreseeable...
I never understood this either. If I ever leave my awesome store, I'll just forever close this browser tab and be done.
To stay on topic, TM's at our store are reporting larger percentage raises for the same ratings they got before.
It's really as simple as sitting at the front door with a grid and marking people off as they exit the store (assuming it's not a full overnight process) to make sure everyone is out. (not the kid of course)
