Tis a sad day. I just learned built bikes will no longer be a thing at my store, they took down the whole bike wall, all the fixtures. I'm not the bike builder anymore but I loved my 10-sh years as builder at my store, and was hoping to get a chance to return to that position at some point.

I'm just a team member but in my experience the reason to skip break or lunch is intense pressure to finish job tasks. Whether that pressure comes from management or from self differs from person to person

I've seen a couple fistfights between TMs in my time. It does happen. Not often.

TL/DR: TM on thin ice already blew up at an untrained TM with mental disabilities who was doing a bad job. TM got fired.

Fiddelke sent an email this morning to all employees, addressing the situation and calling for de-escalation. Mostly a nothing burger but slightly hinting that he doesn't like the way things are being handled. He needs to take a stronger position against the tactics that are being employed
