Did you change floor count through "manage sales floor quantity" or "inventory audit"? Because inventory audit will change the on hand count as long as you've scanned all the sales floor locations and any backroom locations it's tied to.

Repercussions will highly depend on your value to the store. If you're new, you're probably toast. If you're a longtime TM the store heavily depends on you'll probably be fine (coaching or other corrective action). Safety first. Call out. Just letting you know what to expect when you return.
