When I first started building bikes at Target years ago I didn't have any experience either. But I was the first one to express interest so I got in. We had just switched from subcontractors to in-house for bike buidling.

New Zebras have independent tracking, so I've heard. Auto-updates location near any wifi or cell signal.

Tis a sad day. I just learned built bikes will no longer be a thing at my store, they took down the whole bike wall, all the fixtures. I'm not the bike builder anymore but I loved my 10-sh years as builder at my store, and was hoping to get a chance to return to that position at some point.

True but laws are only effective if they're enforced. People are saying there is no enforcement

I'm just a team member but in my experience the reason to skip break or lunch is intense pressure to finish job tasks. Whether that pressure comes from management or from self differs from person to person

I've seen a couple fistfights between TMs in my time. It does happen. Not often.

TL/DR: TM on thin ice already blew up at an untrained TM with mental disabilities who was doing a bad job. TM got fired.

Well that's unfortunate. Congrats on escaping, though, and good luck on finding something soon that's much better for your mental health (and better pay would be nice too).
