I don't think it matters if you sign it or not.
Honestly, the rules seem to change or be used to get rid of someone. I have tm tell me all the time they are going to put something mean or nasty on their voluntary resignation forms. Go for it. You're quitting. No one in our building usually sees...

Really my time is just going to be using hours where h q says we have to. And the rest will just have to make do. Not enough hours. Too much to do. Blah!

And they didn't proofread.

Anyone else still having issues with e hr not communicating with max and having to use paper missed punch forms. Ours has been down for weeks, seems like it shouldn't be such a lengthy fix. I know there was a message board about it, but weeks to fix?
Demotion to team member in my building would mean a former 40 hour person would be getting 10 hours a week.
Team leaders get the hours and I don't see how anyone could pay their bills after demotion
