If FMLA is denied but STD approved do i get paid for the momths i cant work or do i get terminated for the time i spent on LOA

Okay, so here's the deal. Job protection and pay are two entirely different things. FMLA or ADA accommodation would potentially provide job protection. Short Term Disability (or applicable state/local disability plans) provide the pay piece. Even if you don't qualify for FMLA, you may...

If FMLA is denied but STD approved do i get paid for the momths i cant work or do i get terminated for the time i spent on LOA

You may be asked to submit the leave through Workday to the accommodations team to review the request for job protected leave as an accommodation under the ADA. If you don't qualify for FMLA, that is where you may qualify for job protection.

    Resigning after returning from LOA

Honestly, you can just resign and not return from LOA. Whether anything is paid out depends on the state.

    Corrective action and transfering

There's no set amount you have to wait under policy once the write up expires. That doesn't mean your HR will support the transfer though.

No one cares about meal compliance

In some states (like CA), team members get penalty pay if they don't take their meal break on time. Good for the team member, bad for Target. Therefore, Target has a hardline stance on meal compliance. In fact, in California, there is a stand alone counseling/final warning just for meal...

The loss of pennies has absolutely crippled my store

It is likely not Target making the decision to not send pennies anymore, but something happening with the bank/carrier. I have family members who work in grocery stores near me and they aren't getting any pennies delivered either. It isn't coming from the company, but the financial institutions.

How bad is it to use your discount for a friend?

If you get caught (and you likely will) you will get fired. They can easily track transactions and are always watching for discount fraud.

    Accommodations Request - Hour Reduction

If it is the same form I've seen, there's a big empty box where your doctor can write in any non-physical restrictions. Stores have a centralized accommodation team now, so you'll need to submit a request for accommodations through Workday. Your HR-ETL will be able to help with that.

    20 year service reward

They used to do the catalogue years ago and it was all crap no one wanted. I'd much rather have money that I can use on what I want, personally.

    20 year service reward

20 years service award is $100. 25 is $200, 30/35/40/etc is $300. That said, they are added to paychecks normally and are taxed at the supplemental rate so it ends up being a lot less you end up seeing. Nice to have the recognition however. A lot of companies don't do anything.

I'm in a dire financial situation and I need more money now. Do I have a path forward with Target in the near future?

Are you near a distribution center? They pay more than stores and hours are consistent.

    Am I eligible for rehire

No way for us to know for sure. I've seen people who were "not rehireable" that have been rehired, and people who were AMAZING not get rehired. ASANTS

If my tl filed a report on me and I have a mental disability can i still be fired?

Just because you have mental health issues (or any disability) doesn't mean you can't get fired. You still have to do the job to the standards set by the company. If you need something (an accommodation) to be able to do that, you have a responsibility to advise your ETL-HR. For example, if...

Does starting a new team lead role prevent from applying for an ETL position within my 90 day probationary period?

Almost certainly your leadership will say they need to see you prove yourself in your current role before supporting you for promotion. That usually means 12-18 months in role, but ASANTS.
