    I'm assuming I'm the only one in my store to get it. We have 7 TLs, so I doubt they could give it to two of us. Certainly not more than two. I'd guess we have one at 6%, two at 4.5%, three at 3%, and one at 2%. None of us are bad enough to get 1%.

    The cap is probably high enough that you’ll never reach it. Plus when they increase the base pay for your pay grade, you effectively lose your merit raises.     From what I've gathered, there are 5 percentages that TLs are getting, which makes sense with a 9 box grading scale thing. 1%, 2%, 3%, 4.5%, and 6%.

    3% sounds like the middle of the 3 possible percentages. I might get my review tomorrow and I'm expecting 5%.

    I think we all would have the same effective date for the new pay. The first time you see it on a check might vary based on the pay cycle. My store will see it on their 4/26 paycheck, but some stores will see it on 4/19.

    It started on Friday. I already delivered them to 5 of my 11 baristas. It probably has to be done by 4/6 because the raise goes into effect on 4/7.

    I gave out two reviews to TMs today (PG35). One got the top score and got 4.5%, which is higher than last year. The other got the middle score and got 2.5%, which is also higher than last year. (Note that if you worked less than the full fiscal year, you'll get a prorated raise.)
