Haiti. They have a track record of mismanagement from all the way at the top. I'd compare it to giving one disaster victim a 500 dollar dish of caviar instead of responsibly buying bread and bologna to feed hundreds. It's easy to say 90% goes to victims when you're irresponsibly spending it...
"Other than water" dafuq? Does water hold some magical composition to make it less dangerous than other substances? I'd argue sodas are safer because they at least give traction when drying.

Recognition should be reserved for when someone exceeds expectations. People shouldn't be thanked for something they're already paid to do, unless they do more.
Cornell is a moron. He has a chance to change the culture, but ignores it. I can understand logistics taking up most of his time, but if your company's leadership is (often) a disaster, it won't matter.
