That's so weird...I assumed that my store was normal for allowing the Guest Service Team Members open up the key cabinet and allowing Team Members to sign out their own keys for the day. It makes it easier so we don't have to wait for a Team Lead to come unlock it I guess...

I came the same as you, don't be afraid to ask questions...it makes you look more responsible and you make sure you do things right! It might be overwhelming at first being a Cashier, but remember, the "Additional Assistance" button will be your best friend. :)

I heard that the "Greeter" thing is actually becoming a real position called, "Brand Ambassador" so we don't copy Walmart, is this true? Has anyone heard anything else beyond that?
