    Target Cafe Reopening?

Yesterday I saw the cleaning TM, who is normally a Target Cafe TM, showing a new TM around the closed cafe area explaining things about the area. I asked them later if it were reopening, and they said in a week or two. Anyone else hear anything about this and any details how it will operate?

    Archived Name That Fixture!

We finished our remodel a few weeks ago and recently someone found a few cases of the fixtures shown below. Our Specialty ETL thought they belonged in Entertainment or Tech but they don't look like they would fit anywhere. They are 4 foot long, the lip is about an inch long, the base is about...

    Archived Audit App

The new Audit App rolled out this morning and is causing storewide problems with the myDevices not being able to connect or freezing up. Because we don't have enough TMs in each department, I've been doing all RIGs. Some of the things I've noticed with Audit: Gatekeeper not connecting properly...

    Archived 2016 Instocks & RFID

I was told that RIG completion will have a greater roll in the store metrics. I noticed on myPerformance on Workbench that the Replenishment category has been removed. Apparently, this is for the new metrics and the new Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) process to be started in February...

    Archived Goodbye, Catamaran. Hello, CVS/caremark.

Finally took a look at the new health plan information, and, of course, the pharmacy benefits manager is changing from Catamaran to CVS/caremark. According to the Decision Guide: "In most cases, you can fill your prescriptions at any in-network pharmacy, whether that's a brick-and-mortar...

Archived Women of a Certain Age Being Termed

A disturbing trend is in progess at our store. Women who are about 50-years old, or more, are being termed or placed on final warning at a disturbing rate. Most have been with the company for at least 10-years, and the reasons they are being written up are discretionary ones (meaning, other TMs...
