I'm under my 90 days right now and I keep requesting days off (it's way before 2 weeks in advance) and they keep denying it. Do we have to let someone know before we request for unpaid days off and do we have to let them know why as well?? I know I should talk to a TL or HR but I haven't gotten...

I bag my own stuff and quickly respond to the questions on the screen. :)

Hm.. I haven't set up a log in or password or anything, so I'm not sure. Maybe I misunderstood.. By the way, the HRL told us that she'll call us to give us our schedules. Is it likely that she'll call us early in the morning and ask us to go in as soon as she calls or would it be hours in...
