    Interesting. I am a team leader have no say who gets hired for my area nor am I asked for my input on my teams schedule in fact schedule day is my one permanent set day off. 🤣 must be why morale and NPS are HORRIFIC!

    Well... I asked and then my review was copy/ pasted. ETL had (2) to do.. if I did get one I’m sure it wasn’t enough and some of my team actually make 2 cents less than myself.(their tl) LOL

    Using Vacation Pay

    I’m a team lead. I work 13 days straight, and we were all told max is 52 hrs. Which includes your 8 hrs holiday pay. I’m pretty sure in order to get your holiday pay perk you actually have to work day of said holiday. And shout out to your DSD. Good to know some of them care.
