I still have TLs and ETLs trying to convince me to come back to target and I've been gone since the beginning of June. When I put in my 2 weeks, the HL ETL tried to tell me I would hate my new job. Yup. I just got in with Trader Joe's, the one manager worked with Target for 12 years.

Well, it's official. I put in my 2 weeks notice today, so will basically be finishing out the rest of the month. I managed to get in with Trader Joe's and already had orientation. Hoping it's gonna be better, it definitely seems like less stress. It's hard for me to leave so many of my friends...

Anyone have more info about how good Trader Joes really is? One in my area is hiring and really contemplating jumping ship more and more lately. Have a bachelor's degree, probably doing master's starting this summer online...just so tired of the false promises of moving into a leadership position.
