    Archived Would three be possible?

This makes me wonder how I can get a double screen in my office.... Ha.

Archived Can an ETL be rehired?

In a different region? That's about the only way I can see it happening

    Archived Etl

Also depends on relocatability/your local market. A market that's hard to staff or just had a lot of turnover will have lower standards in my experience

    Archived 3rd interview for ETL

Yeah, I'm in a very low COL area and stated in that range about 20 months ago.

    Archived 3rd interview for ETL

I would thin at 58 that means you're being hired as an 11, unless they've upped the starting pay or OP is in a high COL market somewhere in California or a large metro like ATL/DMV

    Archived Closing LOD expectations...

At times like this, there's a tiny tiny part of me that wants to kick my feet up on a desk and say "come and see the store as it is, DTL." Of course I don't do that. But I've had the thought cross my mind before. I would say we all have.

Archived ETL Forced to New Role?

Is there another district near you that you would consider relocating to?

Archived 979 "Make the Guest Happy" Account

I know there are stores that have way more GSAs than they should.

Archived 979 "Make the Guest Happy" Account

I think that it's not an officially headcounted position. So they can kind of hand it out at will if your HR/STL are willing to bend some rules..

Archived So how does your store schedule team leads?

Once had a TL take vacation time to give their team some hours. I think it was the PTL, not sure.

    Good grief. That sounds brutal.

    Archived TM to ETL stories

The only "TM" to ETL I have ever seen were TPS getting promoted. TPS also get paid like and are considered a TL, I believe. Just can't document conversations.

Archived Does it feel to anyone else...

Truth. From what I've heard, my district and group are some of the worst in the company. So it would make sense. Things couldn't get much worse if that was really true.

Archived Does it feel to anyone else...

Like things are slowly getting better? In my area, there have been some changes in upper leadership and stores are getting staffed again. It feels like we're getting back to being Target again. I could be wrong, of course.

Archived It's that time of year...team member/self reviews!

I have to write reviews for more than 10 TLs at my store because we're down so many ETLs and it would be a "conflict of interest" for the STL and HR to do it. Which I get, but still frustrates me to no end...as if I don't already have enough to do while running GE, SF, and LOG in a AA volume store.

Archived The role of an ETL (slight rant... sorry)

I'm at an A+ and our electronics usually have to take E and all of F except seasonal. Someone else takes A + B, another takes C + D + seasonal, and market is usually gone by 8:30.

Archived Any other Leaders struggling with 730am flow?

This stuff makes me glad I'm at a AA ON store.... And that's as a non LOGer.

    Archived 4x4 walks?

How are you guys getting them done? Right now we're doing intense and in depth 4x4s on a handful of aisles rather than light zone and noting issues on all of our aisles. Just curious how many people are actually completing everything.

Archived that whole thing about how etls have to be hot and 22

I'm mostly talking about all these "don't say no" changes. I know another store in my district is having trouble because they have a very veteran team and apparently the STL tried to have a new GE Exec pretty much roll it out. I think he wanted to challenge her, but it probably wasn't the best...

    Archived Length of interview process

This makes me feel better. Especially with it being a holiday week this week. I felt like the STL interview went well. We'll see!
