    The most important thing is to be seen working , not living in the office. Keeping clear open communication. Being human if something is fucked up its fucked up ( no kool-aid). Oh and never ask anybody to do something you wouldn't or couldn't do your self. All in all be a leader not a boss.

    They do get the same pay as etls, and work the same amount of hours. Their pay is 40 hours of single time, and ten hours of time and a half. Source, my store is a training store.

    We have a tm to etl. As a team lead she was insufferable people we're literally cheering when she got promoted and left. Now she's back, but seems to be wayy less of a bitch. Maybe her other store got her attitude under control.

    4 of my etls are black. Another 2 are gay like myself. One of our replens is muslim. Our stl's brother is gay, so overall diversity is not of issue in my store.

    You cannot give an employee gift cards. According to tax laws that would count as income. Unless it is listed on the employees paystub, it is considered tax evasion. Gift cards can be entered in to payroll, but it is a pita, so the company rule is no gift cards on the 549 account.
