As instocks I often notice that a whole bunch of something was there yesterday and isn't there today. I let AP know. Does your IS team do that? When you scan the same areas each day you get pretty good at picking up on those.

I am Instocks, not a TL and my exec is the ETL-LOG.

We no longer have seperate TL for Instocks and BR but when we did Instocks TL was definitely the easiest IMO.

Are there any Instocks only TL's left or they all merge with logistics TL?

The Instocks team lead should do the coaching but you can audit any aisle supposedly scanned. Use item search, book icon, instocks button. This will give you the last research date. If there isn't one it has been at least 15 days since the last research scan on that item. Give this info to the...
