    Got Rejected for On Demand

We've had several TM's ask to go OD and get told no. Some were because they were TM's that were considered crucial to their department's success, so they wanted them to work more hours than ODTM's typically do. Others were because they were considered low-performing TM's, and they were hoping...

    Scheduling out of availability

If I just decided to not come in because they scheduled me against my availability I'd absolutely expect to be reprimanded for it. Maybe the ETL or SD, or whoever made the schedule did fuck up. Know who didn't? Everyone else on my team who'd be fucked over by me NCNS'ing. I wouldn't consider it...

Store closing at 10 but TMs working until 11

We're not. Same as every year, open till Midnight in December, but no changes in November. Some people are staying till 11, but it's just to get caught up on tasks.

    $1.00 extra from 10/22/2023 to 01/06/2024

We got an extra $2 a hour, on the weekends, like 3 years ago, right before they raised base pay to $15. Since then? Nada.

Store closing at 10 but TMs working until 11

We do have people often stay late for fulfillment, but they are very much volunteering to do so, not being told they must do so. I left on Sunday at 11:00, I was scheduled till 10:00, but I stayed as a favor to my S&E TL who was closing, because she was worried she'd get in trouble if...

Store closing at 10 but TMs working until 11

They can't make you stay past your scheduled time, against availability or otherwise. I'm allowed to make plans to go out to dinner at 10:15 if I am only scheduled till 10:00. Target can ask you to stay past your scheduled time, they cannot require you to do so.

    Secret Bonus Again?

APL and APTL are almost the same position, but APL's exist in stores that don't have TSS's, they're technically not a team lead, primarily because they have no team to lead. My store has an APTL now, but we used to have an APL. My store's never had an APS either, or at least not in the past decade.

    Secret Bonus Again?

APL's are PG45 as well, I think APS are as well, neither are "technically" TL's though. I got a 2% raise on 9/11, not seen any bonus show up though. My store's base pay went from 15.00 to 15.25, I was already above 15.25, so I got a 2% raise.

    Secret Bonus Again?

You've worked at your store for 2+ years? Guessing you have from your forum join date. Seems weird that you wouldn't have received it unless you will in the next week or so.

    Secret Bonus Again?

I'm using the app on my phone, not the website, so the exact method may be slightly different, but on the app, you expand the menu at the top left, then click your name. Then the menu at the top right, then worker history, then view worker history, it should show a compensation change dated...

    Secret Bonus Again?

I just checked workday, I received a 2.02% raise effective today. No mention of this from anyone at my store though, communication is about as good as usual it seems. Also, no message telling me about the raise in workday, had to check worker history on my profile, which showed the raise...

    Secret Bonus Again?

Ours is switching to this, I think. My ETL (ETL-SE) told me they were hiring new TM's for the shift, but wanted a team of existing TM's to do it temporarily to train the new hires, and then go back to their old roles once the newbies were trained. I haven't explicitly been given all the...

    Fall tm bonus

Never heard a thing about it. Nothing on my check either, don't get how unless it wasn't a thing at my store for some reason, considering I'm one of 4 people scheduled 40 hours every week at the service desk. I get a consistent 1:30-10:00 shift 5 days a week while most people in the front get...

    Fall tm bonus

If it's three months it should be $15.30x40x13x.03= $238.68 April-August though is 5 months, so should be closer to $397.80 in that scenario, a TL who's averaged 40 hours should have it be closer to $503.88 assuming they make $19.38 a hour.

How much do you pay for health Insurance?

$26.22 for Medical, $2.34 for Vision, $9.54 for Dental, plus $31.25 for the HSA account, so $69.35 in total

Is there a pay difference for Closing TL?

Both our SETL's have keys, one of them never closes though. The other closes frequently on weekends. Neither Style TL, and at least 2 GM TL's have ever closed though, only 1 GM, Consumables, and 1 of the SETL's is on the closing rotation, aside from all except one of the ETL's.

    Out to get me

They only have to schedule you one shift every month and a half to keep you employed to the best of my knowledge. That's the minimum amount for the ODTM's. We have a Guest Advocate that only works on Sundays, we also have a school teacher that usually works 4 or 8 hours a week, neither has ever...

    Holiday Pay

But I got 8 hours and 2 minutes of pay on Thanksgiving. Hence the confusion about where that came from. It shows as 6.5 hours earlier in the week, but changed as the week went on. I worked 49 hours and 43 minutes, Kronos says I worked 57 hours and 45 minutes.
