I have found out many of the Major Grocery stores in the area will NOT charge tax on the coupons.(Since a coupon is considered "Cash" and the customer is responsible for all taxes with a cash payment) I didn't like it, I use coupons to make the LINK/Snap money go further and EVERY penny saved...

This has cost me some benefits from the state and the feds. Why does Bullseye do this. I wish I could get a straight answer from them
