That really sucks. I currently works 4:30p-10p 5 days a week and the whole reason I’m looking for another job because I want more variety or work hours not so much limitation. I hope Target will be able to get me at least close to what I am now or I will call it off :/

thanks for your input!! Even though you were only scheduled 5 days, was it easy to pick up shifts if you wanted those extra hours?

I know this varies from store to store but do they allow you to work everyday? I’m asking because I know some people have their availability open but still end up with a day off.

I know target starts hourly pay at $15 but if I came somewhere that payed $16 is it likely they will match the previous pay or will they leave it at $15?
