What’s the difference between exf and audit? Is it beneficial to use one over the other?

Has anyone else noticed the backroom audit on the Zebra devices? Are we supposed to just do that one or do we still have to complete the one on the PDA as well? As usual we have had no communication about this.

Can someone tell me how to answer calls in zebra and transfer and stuff like that? What to do if we are “ Market, you have a call in xxxx” ? Should I just open the target phone app and dial in the extension called out ?? Thanks

I tried searching before asking does anyone know if it’s possible to transfer calls from 1 zebra to another. It would make more sense instead of having a zebra in hand and still finding a phone for a extension to transfer a call.
