That could be either an Inbound clerical or a Warehousing clerical. Both have the same job title, but slightly different roles. Not sure if it mentions which one it is in the job description.

IB clerical does stuff like checking in live unload drivers, fill out delivery receipts once IB has completed an appointment, then they make copies of those and send them to the carriers. Been 10+ years since I was a backup IB clerical, so I'm sure things are a bit different.
WHS clerical runs various reports for the IM team, then enters that info once the reports have been completed. Manage recalls, transfers, and salvage.
Both desk jobs where you are primarily at a computer. WHS clerical is a little more behind the scenes at my building compared to the IB clerical.
I think every building would call an inbound clerical just that. To me, that sounds like a WH clerical if you’re at a RDC, but a different type of building may have completely different positions.
