GM2 TL here. Was wondering how everyone is dealing with the workload on TWT? How is this being communicated to the team properly? I still do the pre-ties and planning. Just trying to come up with a better system to communicate to everyone to get the workload completed. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I copy paste TWT into excel and break it down by TL responsible then email it out every Monday. It’s really only a couple I need to remind every week but to keep is consistent I just send the whole list out. I’m still responsible for the metric but as long as I’m communicating to my peers they get coached when it’s not completed not me.
