Again, a department within a Target store DID succeed at union within a Target store. Ryan’s efforts to unionize an entire store are totally unrelated to trying to unionize individual departments.

A Target pharmacy at a Target store DID succeed at a unionization attempt in 2015. They voted 7-2 to unionize. There is precedent for unionizing departments individually.
