Welcome to the Break Room! My favorite thing about working at Target is the people, honestly. I'm blessed to have a great team at my store who are friendly, hard working and open. In addition, I very rarely have had any problem guests, so, I really feel like it's something of a second home...

Another important thing to consider is do you really want to be an ETL? There's a massive increase in workload, stress and so on. Granted, you are salaried, but, it might not be worth it. A lot of the ETLs at my store are burned to near oblivion by their jobs.

You have a college degree, right? That's generally the first step to becoming an ETL.

Pretty much what everyone says, I didn't think I'd ever get the walkie lingo my first couple of days but now it's largely second nature. Everything else will come in time as well. Best of luck!
