Twice in 2 weeks I went home early. Called in a total of 3 times in my time working with Target. I've been with Target for a year now. And I have never been late.

My store that I work at has been platinum for redcards for the past 3 months. I don't get very many redcards but they keep hounding me and saying I could be suspended. Is that true?

Really? My store has issues with you leaving early. I am on the list because of going home early.

Our PDAs slow down the further to the back of the store we get. When we are up front, close to the front lanes they are pretty fast. It might be the wireless signal.

I also forgot to state that when I help out with pulls and getting them out, I'm praised and told I get them done fast and accurately. But, according to my boss I do a horrible job and I'm a useless Team Member. I am close to just saying **** it and put my notice in after my mother's wedding.

Other minors have been trained food ave, sales floor, guest service, electronics... And I'm stuck at cart attendant because im not good enough for other positions. I hate cart attendant and I've told them that.

I have a boss who won't shut up about not getting redcards and threatens us that we'll get terminated if we don't get anymore. I talked to HR and she says that as long as she's working at my store, I won't be going anywhere. She sees me work hard.
