    That would have to be sorted out between your ETL and HR. If your ETL is fine with it, have them fight with HR. HR only cares that you didn't call the LOD phone or use the App to call out, which are the approved methods to call out of your shift. That's why you received a NCNS.

    Just spitballing, even if they spent say $10 million for it (prolly too high but eh), divide that by the 4000,000+ employees they have at $15/hr (too low for the average), it amounts to an extra $25 per person in payroll. Would you like your extra 1.67 hours during Q4 or in January?
