These reverse strips still coming in backwards as standard is pissing me off. Then they'll send a fixed strips later that we don't have time to replace which fucks up our schematic if we don't replace them
Since Target been in control of strips in-house, I haven't noticed much improvement to be...
It's best to start internship early around junior year. New grads have less options in internships.
I read a few times on Reddit though that TMs or TLs can't intern while working at Target.
Dude... why does Target put toy transition/revision, cosmetics transition, and mini due same week. Now we're hustling to set early.
FYI the labels and strips for cosmetics is not giving the correct facing for some items on pegs 2 or more, so you have to reprint them because of missing labels 🤬
We were able to get caught up with most of the signing, but our fixture room is turning to shit. With nonstop transitions and little hours, plus style taking over part of hardlines makes it harder to maintain.
I was watching a recent interview with Cornell and he mentioned Target investing more in seasonal because it sells well while being conservative on other depts. Maybe that's why seasonal freight was heavier than normal, but than again I say that every year 😂
