I like your plan Sigma7! I can't stand the instocks process we currently have. All of SL is flex and we are a 7:30 process store. Anyone that says they get a "good scan" is a fool or a liar. Combinig HL and SL is good so you don't have that goofy instore rivalry between the two

They are probably gaining TPS hours to accomodate an IS moving to the store permanently. They are all still apprehension trained so the only major change is they will be tied to one store instead of travelling around in plain clothes. Am I right?
The IS's in my area (two of whom are Amazing btw) have already been given their new permanent store locations. That part of the structure change is for sure not a rumor.
