I agree but can you blame them..for awhile there were postings like crazy for these gravy positions…nobody knew they would be downsized

I’m happy about this…the crew was too big… I was a backup ICQa for a minute….my training included lots of bullshitting with co workers and OM making up Stupid pointless projects aka pointless busywork

Yes ICQa and “Problem solvers”…doing some fat reductions..

I know these departments knew they were going to be downsized .. but how much warning did they get before the layoffs and did the team members know if they were going to be the ones being laid off Or was it a crap shoot with the rug pulled out below them?
