Wow. You lasted way longer than me. I walked out on year 8. Clocked out and never looked back. My manager did not deserve a 2 week notice. That was 2 years ago. Best decision.

Wow... Congratulations. I only lasted about 9 years. I guess it depends in what department you are in. I was over night. It's like a meat grinder. I could not take it any more... and for other reasons as well though.

TTOTL. Thanks for showing me my worth. Been with the company for almost 9 years. I do my job. Always at work. Rarely calls off. Should have known that's means nothing. You change my schedule. Always scheduling me on my unavailable days. For what? So some other TM that you think is the greatest...

I just did an exit an exit survey. No one really cares at my store. Dont know why I even bothered.

There is no communication at Target. You have to keep reminding your TL about your request. It's ridiculous.

This is going to be so unfair for most. The TLs pets will probably get it.

For now you can only do it at the store computer. I think soon we will be able to do it on the MyTime app. Make sure and tell your TL after you request it or it will probably get auto denied.

To those TL's. So feed up with the way you favor this one TM. She's not even that great. But you take her off the schedule when she doesn't feel like coming in. Than you change up peoples schedules just for her. So tired of the favoritism. Total BS!

First off.. Welcome Second.. Target does not communicate. You will soon realize more and more. For your schedule go by the paper one posted. It's probably near the time clock. It's the official one.

I learned my lesson years ago about this. Even though you request it and probably deserve it it will get auto denied unless you actually tell your TL. So every time I request and than tell my TL. This is ridiculous but what more can I expect

I just clocked in. I have no idea.

I have been with Target for almost 10 years and I have never had a 40 hour week. Not sure even if I needed it they would give it to me.
