Senior etls are rare. I think I only have seen two in my entire career at Target. The last one was an engineer who got tired of his trade and wanted to try something else.
I don't like tattoos because most of the time they look smudgy to me. But I don't care if other people have them. It doesn't bother me at all. If they have them, I'm not going to judge them nor tell them not to have one. They have their right to do anything they do to their body.
I don't understand why team members tell their etls about hours getting cut from other team members (or not getting another position in the store). What do they think they get in return? I see nothing.
As I said, I know it's a typo. By the way, I guess no one has heard of actor Bob Urich? That's a correct spelling. CEO Ulrich and actor Urich can be easily confused as I have between the two men because of the difference of one letter between the two names.
