Nope. Target (this includes individual store leadership) just schedules to company needs, without regard for employee needs

Agreed. After the time and expense of training someone, they leave after 2 months. I personally would pass on that re-hire....too much of a flight risk.

So you have to leave GS and the lanes unattended to run a drive up order. That's flippin' ridiculous!

On an extra grouchy day I've been known to take the basket and just dump out the items. On a not so grumpy day , I would just look at the guest and say "oh you forgot to take your items out of the basket."

Because who doesn't want to go from working 4 hours a month to 35 or 40 hours per week!
