My store hardly ever has full pegs of HW. Who here has 700 HW backstocked at their store? I remember a bunch of cases on a pallet around Christmas time a few times but for the most part everything fits on the pegs. Would it hurt to ask CIHYFS to the HW guy and do a backroom check if he asks...
Usually we didn't have any HW backstocked. On the rare occassion some were in back I would bring a case out. They are guests. Unless you guys tresspass them them you should help them.
They have to save money and guests aren't in the backroom so it doesn't matter to the higher ups if workers sweat a little. The AC goes off at 10pm and is off until 8am just for the guests comfort.

Today's paper has an interview with the Target CEO. He doesn't mention team members or guest service. I guess to get this exclusive interview the USA Today reporter couldn't ask any tough questions about recent events or how the team is doing with all the cutbacks...

Probably means that store will lose a lot of TMs that were outspoken about change. They will be moved to the IE pile and be coached for every little misstep. The rest will continue to fight for 10-23.9 hours in an attempt to get benefits with an average of at least 24 hours. The $0.1-0.50...
