Does any notice when a tm get transferred to a TPS/AP position, their demeanor totally changes?
As a tm, they are fun to talk to, friendly, outgoing etc. But as TPS, they act all tough and cool and only talk to you if they need something...
And why do AP always dress in black/dark...
I try to provide the best service possible, but I can't be asking "Can I help you find something?" to every single guest I walk by", you have to speak up. Especially during a busy week.
Its not that they don't have an ID or refuse to hand it over, I work an a area with heavy hispanic population which means 50 percent of them only have a Mexico id.
