We've been having clothes go CRC for at least a year. For awhile it was so much that we had to have a separate CRC box at the fitting room because we were getting almost as much CRC as salvage. Thankfully that stopped and now it's usually only the occasional piece or two a day when I do damages.

I assure you, SDs are never happy to have fewer hours, and the last thing they are thinking about is how they can screw over their team by taking money out of their pockets. If it were up to SDs and ETLs, we'd all have hours aplenty. The stingy hours and penny-pinching come from above store level.
