Our store is going back to case stock and scanning rdc trucks for push or straight to back stock . I personally don’t like case stock. It makes the backroom aisles ba real fast and not to mention the product counts . It would be harder for the fulfillment guys too .

Ours is attached to a mall . Well the mall is pretty much dead . It’s an enclosed mall and there is a mall entrance right in front of our store .

I don’t see a problem either talking about hours between TMs . Only thing the leaders might not like is some one pointing out why their hours are cut but some other TMs are still getting max hours . They don’t want to explain such things to TMs .

At my store, a seasonal food and bev expert only works in dry market doing daily truck push if they come in the morning shift and if they come late they do pulls. There is a chance that you would help out in dairy Atleast during training just to know the routine but never in freezer .

Our front end and inbound team often wear shorts .

I hate 12 ft ladders . Feels so scary to climb it . Our cereal aisle has one . We purged and did some different alignments of wacos for our backroom aisles . Only the cereal, baking and chips section have the need to use ladders for now .

Understand your team . Who can do what best . Don’t let some people do all work while some hang around doing little . If needed , write those daily worksheets for everyone atleast until they understand their responsibilities.

I don’t think they should give us 50% discount . May be for a week or so during holidays makes sense . Otherwise 20% seems fair to me . They are paying you for working right ? 😊

You get 20% for produce and some health related stuff .

May be there are no enough TMs to push stuff to the floor . Lot of beauty products come in repacks and it takes considerable amount to push them and other department TMs usually hate to do it as the beauty aisles are a bit confusing . So the products either end up in random locations or never...
