The fact you admitted, in writing, to stealing is enough grounds for termination. We've had amazing TM's who stole something once and were terminated. The rest is immaterial. Take the advice offered and exit as quiet as possible.

Good advice but, this is from 2024 original poster might not even work for Target anymore.

My advice talk to your leader and explain your struggles. Your can help you and might even talk to the style leads for you. Also talk to other flex people they can give you tips specific to your store. What works for one store may not work for another.

Soo I been a fftl for 2 years at my current store n 2 years at another target before. My team metrics were all green for last year. My sd n elt wants me to change to gmtl and help with the inbound process. I enjoy fulfillment and like what I do. Any advice ? Any gmtl on here?

My advice is to reach out to a leader or Hr leader at store you want to work at. Be honest tell them your situation and get there advice on what to do.

If sales are down they will cut payroll no matter what their budget is.

Some of folks here will have good advice for you. Some will be a bit snarky and maybe not as nice as you would like. I'm just warning you of this up front because others have come for advice on situations like this and gotten angry with the replies. Please don't do that.

...one would ever embellish their experience, and posting false information. People love to be miserable. That's life. The company as a whole isn't in a great place, change was needed. We got it. Is it the right choice? We'll have to wait and see. It's still terrible advice to tell people to quit.
