I believe the apps are added by corporate automatically. How did you manage to delete an app? I've noticed you can't even move the icons around on screen ( against IT policy it says ).

Our store disabled all the mydevices ( except for 3 reserved for instocks RFID use ) about 10 to 14 days after we received the Zebras.

Our store has I think 14 MyDevices out for repair right now. Makes for a stressful day trying to share devices.
