I've tried other drive up services. So far no one beats target. Even Walmart takes forever to get order ready. The way target set up the app to "on my way" really helps prepare the products into the cart. And just haul it when you're there.

Went thru the same thing with my last TL. Honestly, leaders should go thru mental check before getting hired a leader. Some of these crazies slither themselves to leadership role then abuse it. Two faced people scare the hell out of me.

Same here, but only because people are quitting. They're fed up with management and overall atmosphere. Morale is low

My take is to get rid of team leaders and give their extra dollars to every single TMs as they are already in charge of their own isles and departments. All TL do in my store are middlemen who passes on messages from ETLs. Ever since they made us in charge, it felt like TL became obsolete.

He can probably give 1000 bonuses each year/christmas to tms like the way they did to team leads and still be millionnaire. I don't know why tls got 1000 bonuses during covid. Ours are lazy af.
