As an opening TM in SL, I truly appreciate when I'd find a halfway decent zone coming in to work. And then there are those times when no one was in the department the night before and it was a disaster. You just do the best you can in the time allotted.

Last Saturday night, I went into another Target not as high volume as my store is. I walked all around and didn't see anyone in SL, only one tm in electronics and one in market. Crazy for Saturday night. I think there were actually more cashiers

Aren't there supposed to be tm's wiping down the shopping carts ? I want shopping the other day, and didn't see anyone doing that.

Highly recommend that you part ways with Target as amicably as possible. You might have to use them as a work reference. Why throw those four years work credit down the drain?

Last week, I heard from a Cafe TM at my store, that they will be closing our Food Ave some time soon. That's a shame for tm wanting to grab something quick snack from there.

Sometimes TARGET just needs a reality check on their "expectations". Don't beat yourself up over not getting everything done that is "expected" of you. Do the best that you can do and that's all that should be "expected" of you.

Wow, that's news to me that GS was ever responsible for folding or hanging clothes. At my store, all I've ever seen are a pile of unhung and unfolded clothes in the bins.

This is speaking to the Store Leaders helping or damaging the morale of your Team Members. My store is a high volume Target. Years ago when the store closed at 10 pm, it was normal for us to not be allowed to leave the store until midnight or later because so many areas still needed go backs...

The last one I got for my store was May 21st for May 10th date that the TM was last in the store. There were 4 other text notifications before that starting in early April for a March report.

I got text messages, with some reporting anywhere from 8 to 10 days after the TM was last at the store.

Over the few weeks, one vender and three TM's.

Someone remind me, please. When do WE get to REVIEW "Them"?

Since starting at Target 15 + years ago, I've always worked Softlines, and also mostly in Infants. We were responsible for baby hanging and basics. Then over the past 7 years or so, it's yo-yoed between hardlines and softlines, to now hardlines again who work baby basics.
