    MY SD will NOT enforce it. People have been shot, stabbed and beaten over being asked to put a mask on. We will NOT put our TM's or our guests in harms way. (our store is in a high crime area)

    We are being told by HR that we lost some of our hours for training the seasonal help and to save all your vacation hours for January because we're going to need them. GOD I LOVE RETAIL!

    I'm Lost! Checkout Advocate training

    I feel sorry for the newbies coming in as checkout advocates at my store. Their 1st shift is 4 hours and must be able to run a register independently by the end of it. Their 2nd shift is 4 hours and must be trained at SCO, service desk and drive-up. That's right.... they get 8 hours total...

    Same issue in my store. Tm's opinions in my store is: they want 40 hrs stretched out over 5 days, NOT 40 hrs stretched out over 7 DAYS! sounds reasonable to me...

    yes, our front end is losing hours. New seasonal hires coming in and getting more hours than us. What the real kick in the teeth will be is when most of the seasonal people will get Thanksgiving off... They do it every year at my store.

    Our Guest Service and SCO handle all of our drive-ups. We work it out most of the time, but it does get trying at times. The worst part is dealing with the weather. Last winter we had days at 50 below zero and we still had to take those orders out to their cars. The Walmart up the road closed...
