What does everyone think of the new Greenfield metrics? If I have a tm scheduled for 7 hrs, clocked in for 6.5 hrs, what do you consider a good "time in app" & "in app %" Also what do you consider a good standard UPH and OPU uph score?

Has anyone gotten any information on the upcoming changes that are soon going to happen. Our SD was again on an 1.5hr confrence call but isn't allowed to disclose any of the operational changes yet. I hate being blindsided at the last minute.

How many GM tm's close your store? Not Market, Style or fulfillment. Im trying to determine how many close compared to how many are suppose to close? If we start are pulling 1for1's at noon and all the gm tm's leave except for 1 how are they suppose to get all of that pushed?

New SfsTL here, looking for input on how to handle all the random OPU's that pop up while dealing with Sfs #'s of 1000 or more each day. I'm curious to see how other stores handle it.
