    Is there a WRITTEN POLICY on instances in which one TM reveals their pay scale to another - even when it was unintended? I looked in the HB and on WB (helpless as it is) and found nothing specific... I realize why TMs shouldn't share pay info but is it an actual policy violation?

    I am running the store as open and mid LoD Monday while the ETLs are in their meeting... the TL meeting will be Tuesday... we have a pricing and HRTL - plus an ETL HR - so I suspect those two will be "moved around" first before picking off any other hourly TLs.

    Mine is Tuesday we shall see. I am a SRTL/LoD (work-horse) and wouldn't miss a couple of our ETLs... don't contribute much and just protection low performers...

    The GSTL/GSA should be speed weaving to minimize the need for B/U cashiers... and not standing around at Cafe with the TM there. MY GSAs are trained to wait until it is impossible to speed weave the guests through the lanes before the one plus one rule is tossed out the window and then call for...

    My group did... went to 2.0 we hit it several weeks running, then they raised it to 3.0 - hit it once. Currently hovering around 1.6 due to new cashiers lacking confidence and GSAs not driving it - GSTL/Cashier ROLE PLAYING is the key once again...
