    ASANTS for sure, but my store doesn't have anyone coded as Service Advocate. They follow the modernization model of "all GAs should be able to do everything, so there's no reason to have dedicated Service Advocates".

    Thanks! And the thing is, no one has complained, man or woman. At least to leadership. We have a couple of women who work nights and when I ask if it’s a problem, they say “I don’t mind, I’ve never had a problem” or something along those lines.

    The register doesn't know it wasn't logged. The log is just a piece of paper in the binder. If the guest has the receipt with the P&L in question, it'll have you scan it for a pay out. Doesn't matter if it was logged or not. If the guest doesn't have the receipt, what you do depends on the value...

    Do NOT requisition P&L for guests! That comes out of budgets your store has for operating costs, such as office supplies, or team member recognition. There is a P&L option under the K keys, if you do K5 for functions, then K3 for Paid & Left, and it will allow you to ring out the items or pay...

    Did you try to call the leader, or any leader for that matter, on the walkie? You can't put all the blame on the leader for leaving you and the other team member alone if you didn't try to communicate with someone who would know what to do to ask for help. Use your words in situations like these.

    I'd say it's better to go the intern route, only because every single intern I've worked with was immediately hired on as an ETL, whereas promotion opportunities for TLs seem to be dwindling in modernization when they did away with the senior position.

    No one is guaranteed full time at Target unless they're a TL or above. Whoever told you you'd get 30 weekly was probably trying to avoid a confrontation if you're looking for full time but they can't offer it.

    I only wear jeans when my khakis aren’t clean, honestly. The khakis I happen to own are super comfy, they stretch slightly in the leg and are easy to move in. If I can find the same effect in jeans, I’d wear them more often.
