That's PART of the problem. TLs being forced to micromanage, and not actually do any of the hard work involved in the process. The TLs that actually do any of the work are forced out either by termination or resignation.

Correct. HQ "ideally" wants only open stock in the backroom, yet still wants FF TMs to pull from the back before the floor. If that's the case, they will end up with open stock from floor to ceiling. It's much faster to take one full case off the top shelf than to take oh, I don't know... 9...

I've had the same problem. Same with several other team members. I've just been vigilant in checking the DPCI, which takes longer, but at least I'm accurate...? Not that it means anything. 🙄

Long story short... it was fixed via the manual Audit on the floor and in the back room.

I ended up going the MySupport route and they directed me to go through the website and submitting it. I followed their directions and changed it in the Audit app via Zebra 3 or more days in a row. Never changed. It would change initially, but minutes later, it would go back to the original...

Call the store. HR should be able to give you an answer.
