Hello all, I'm a Hardlines TM and I've been working for Target almost 2 years but there's still things that I have yet to learn. Since I close most of the time, the ETLs or TLs are not always available to answer questions and when they do it's always rushed or they just do what needs to be done...

I'm a recovery team member and I have a crush on the ETL Log and I'm pretty sure he's got a crush on me too. We only greet each other and that's about it, I try to avoid him to get rid of the crush but I can't help but like him. Can we date or does Target have a policy against this?
