Full bonuses for salaried this year...

I know for certain the top 2 tiers are up 0.5%. Can't speak to the bottom since I haven't given any. An improvement, but not recovered to precovid, and still nowhere near enough to keep up with COL. Company base hasn't increased in 2020 and most markets aren't seeing adjustments. BLS says 20%...

How can I see what team members created baffles and ghosts in Greenfield?

Not to condense your entire post down to one point, but at least with this, if they do trigger a ghost, it should in theory be corrected the next day with the system led audit.

Sales Floor Why are all the mannequins white?

You're right, you do have the choice to respond or not. But by choosing to, you're agreeing to abide by the common rules of whatever medium that is. Here on TBR, that means not calling other users racist. And if you're incapable of reading the room, you're in the wrong room, and you'd do best to...

FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Members (PG35/38)

My TMs will see it on workday by 4/7 and get their first updated check 4/19, but I can take the expiration off.

Sales Floor Why are all the mannequins white?

He's the moderator. He's not fucking joking. You didn't have to engage in the conversation if you didn't have anything productive to add.

How can I see what team members created baffles and ghosts in Greenfield?

There's no report for who created an error, just the TM who "found" it. Is that what you're looking for?

FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Leaders (PG45)

Ask and you shall receive. Thread is here. And thanks. I got one foot out the door anyways, so it doesn't hurt anything except my morale.

FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Members (PG35/38)

This thread is for PG35/38 TMs to share and discuss reviews and raises for the 2023 fiscal year. (If you are PG45 your thread is here). I haven't had the chance to go through my TMs yet, but from what I can tell, the tiers this year are .5/2.5/4.5. I can update and confirm as I go through the...

FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Leaders (PG45)

I know there's a similar thread here by another user, but wanted to post as a poll (votes are not public) so you can answer anonymously if desired, and also so I can get some data. Been talking to some other leads at my store but curious about input from across the chain, to see what the...

    Promotion to TL - Pay

Standard for internals is to receive whatever the difference is. So if your store is a +$4 store with bases at $15 and $19, and you're making $16, you would get bumped to $20. Usually very little wiggle room for negotiation. My store's difference is $6.25. You can see every's store's base pay by...

When will the Cash only SCO option be available for all stores?

I think you forgot your sarcasm font. If you think cutting off the card processing from SCO means investment in more reliable ATM functions... have you met Target? I don't see how separating those functions into separate machines and requiring guests to choose is a good decision, for a number of...

Sales Floor Let's meet in the Middle; an Electronics/Tech thread

Looking for color or black and white? Most day to day printing is black and white and best handled by a laser, which as far as I can tell, Target doesn't carry in store. Brother makes some good ones. The HL-L2305W is a mainstay. They even have some multifunction that slide in just under $200...

How long does a TL have to stay in their department before reassignment.

Can I just say what is with your obsession over the politics of what department your TL(s) are assigned to?

Transferring a TL to department that didn't have one before.

Rearranging who owns what department is not creating new positions. Target does this every few years, especially with departments continuously switching between GM and Specialty. What department is it that you think didn't have a TL before? Those TMs had to report to someone. If your headcount...

    Losing Health Insurance

Just because you qualify doesn't mean you have to enroll. You can be 25+ and not have insurance. Why did you sign up if you didn't want it? Were you on an exchange plan in December? You can sign up for exchange coverage even if you qualify through your employer, but you lose the tax credit if...

    Scheduling/Availability

Target won't schedule you more than 5 days in a calendar week. You can pick up additional shifts, assuming you stay under 40, or OT is approved. Different weeks doesn't matter. I've done 10 days straight with my days off bookending it (Sun and Mon, and Fri and Sat, like buliSBI)

    Pay

Minimum of 3 hours on the clock before open or after close. So if store is 8a - 10p, you'd need to clock in by 5a, or clock out after 1a to get it. 5:01... nope. 12:59... nope. Correct on it only being that portion of the shift though. Differentials vary by store, but is still a flat $ not %...
