we scan pfresh daily as well. We only usually have 2-3 of an item out also. If the pull hasn't been pushed yet, we help finish pushing, then scan.

Archived What's the most instant subs YOU have ever created?

54 I believe is our highest. It's usually highest on Sunday with the new ad set. However... No, our ad set team does not make any instant subs. Our ad set team is every team member and leader in the store until all signs are up. Only our in-stock team puts up instant subs and rainchecks...

Archived Instocks Process -- Priority Pulls

I've only had a priority pull left on the line once since I started in October. Most of our priority pulls are pushed by salesfloor and the TLs. They are worked before any other tasks are to be done. After 11, we work the priority pulls left, and then work on regular pulls.

Archived Is there a way to reprint Instant Sub signs?

Thank you! I will try to remember that if it happens again. It was on Saturday morning and we asked several people and nobody knew how to reprint so we scanned them in and just didn't have signs to put up. In that case they were coming down in several hours anyhow, but it's good to know for...

Archived SEASONAL employees (when do they start getting let go?)

I haven't heard anything yet... I was originally going to decline if they offered, but I am thinking I could use the extra cash now. In fact, my TL has been asking ME if I'm staying... I told her I didn't know, nobody has said anything yet, but I was on the schedule next with with a cut in hours.

Archived Is there a way to reprint Instant Sub signs?

We created all our instant substitute signs and my coworker printed them in the signing room. When she brought them out there was one sign page right in the middle of the stack which printed upside down and backwards. She had already deleted the signing task on the computer so we couldn't just...

Archived Help please! How do I get more conversions/redcards?

A couple of our cashiers refer to them as "reward cards" that you use like a debit card. Not sure if that gets them any more red cards, but it does get the attention of the guest.

Archived Soo... ending seasonal work, do I have to do anything to be re-hired next season?

The seasonal work ends in about a month and I'm wondering if I have to do anything to remain hireable for next season? They said the seasonal positions end the second week of January, so does that mean I have to submit a two weeks notice or does the employment simply end? I am not interested...

Archived Anybody work in or know about In-Stocks?

This is from the TL. They don't understand how it works either. This is why I'm so confused. And we the TM's are the ones that do the drastic report, not the TL.

Archived Anybody work in or know about In-Stocks?

No, we're not in stand-alone, we are in research or rig. I assume that in stand-alone that would be the case since you are generating a pull from outside of research or rig. Where can I find best practice at?

Archived Anybody work in or know about In-Stocks?

I am incredibly confused about in-stocks right now, and the two other persons on the team training me are confused as well. Apparently in-stocks is up in the air because nobody knows exactly how scanning operates. Assumptions: One person thinks that when you scan an item and it shows for...
